Jane Leeves has made her mark in the entertainment world, acting in television, theater, and film over the past 20 years.
She is most famous for her role as "Daphne" in the award-winning show Frasier (1993). Leeves played one of the five main characters of the sitcom, a live-in physical therapist hired to take care of Frasier Crane's father. Leeves' character added a comical element to many scenes between Frasier and his family with her wit, down-to-earth remarks, and part-time, self-determined psychic abilities. Frasier Crane's brother becomes instantly smitten with her smile and Mancunian accent, which she had to fake for the whole duration of the show.
She became very good friends with the cast, including Peri Gilpin, David Hyde Pierce and John Mahoney, who are all godparents to her children.
Her role as Daphne Moon was awarded numerous awards nominations during the course of the TV series :- In 1994 she was nominated for the "Best Supporting Actress - Series, Miniseries or Television Film" Golden Globe Award.
- In 1995, she won the Q Award for "Best Supporting Actress in a Quality Comedy Series". She was nominated five more times in that same category (1994, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000).

Leeves stars in the Emmy® Award-winning TV Land series, Hot in Cleveland (2010), which in 2011 was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award® for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. Leeves plays eyebrow archer to the stars, "Joy Scroggs". The comedy revolves around three fabulous LA women of a certain age, and best friends (Leeves, Valerie Bertinelli and Wendie Malick) whose lives are changed forever when their plane, bound for Paris, unexpectedly lands in Cleveland.
She graced the world of theater by starring as "Sally Bowles" in the Roundabout production of "Cabaret" on Broadway. Born in England to a Dutch mother and British father, Cubitt was six months old when his family moved to Vancouver. While attending university, he worked on a cable music video show called Night Vision, performing in comedic sketch segments. Cubitt describes this experience as "the beginning of his love affair with acting." David studied acting full time until he was kicked out of theatre school having been told he "couldn't act and would never work." Soon afterward, Cubitt landed a leading role in the feature Alive directed by Frank Marshall, starring Ethan Hawke. Pa

Georgina Hale was an accomplished stage actress who made many memorable forays in cinema, most notably in the films of Ken Russell, especially her performance as Alma Mahler, in a wonderful and visually rich biopic on composer Mahler (1974) which she won a BAFTA (British Academy Award) for. Two other standout performances were in Russell's notorious The Devils (1971) and the Twiggy musical "The Boyfriend" in which she played Fay, camping it up, in a backstage lesbian sub plot. She made in-joke cameos in two further Russell films: Lisztomania (1975) and Valentino (1977).
Unfortunately, roles dwindled after her BAFTA win, for some reason, and she made some bad movie choices such as The World Is Full of Married Men (1979) (the film version of Jackie Collins)'s novel of the same name) and McVicar (1980), as well as the occasional stunner such as Butley (1974), written by playwright Simon Gray.
She appeared in many of Gray's stage plays (many were filmed for British television with her in starring roles) and she continued to work in British theatre. She made many guest appearances in UK television series including: Upstairs, Downstairs (1971), The Protectors (1972), Lady Killers (1980), Minder (1979), Boon (1986), One Foot in the Grave (1990), Murder Most Horrid (1991), The Vicar of Dibley (1994), three episodes of Doctor Who (1963) and many many others. She starred in two television series: Budgie (1971) (a successful series in the 1970s) and, in the early 1990s, a cult children's series based around a witch-like figure called "T. Bag".
Most recently, she had appeared in a comic role in Preaching to the Perverted (1997) in which her character pointed out that sometimes one has to debase one's self to further one's career. This film may not further her career (at age 55, she did a Sharon Stone under-table leg trick) but it added to her growing reputation as one of the UK's favorite cult actresses.- Actress

Many people are quick to ridicule Noel Edmonds, yet he has consistently been a ratings winner for the BBC.
Noel started life as a radio DJ having stints on Radio Luxembourg, pirate radio stations and then BBC's Radio 1. It was whilst serving at Radio 1 that he gained a huge fan base and his shows normally consisted of lively banter, good music, and some hilarious phone jokes played on unsuspecting listeners.
From radio, Edmonds took the leap into television. He presented Swap Shop, and various other children's TV programmes during the late seventies and early eighties, graduating into adult television soon later.
He presented Top of the Pops, the immensely popular Telly Addicts quiz show, he also had stints on Top Gear and often commentated for the BBC on special events and occasions.
For well over a decade he also presented and produced "Noel's Christmas Presents" where he arranged once in a life time trips and surprises for deserving or disadvantaged members of the public. It was often slated as being "schmaltz" but he was always very sincere and genuinely touched by the reaction he got from the people for whom he arranged the trips and surprises.
He became the most bankable Saturday night entertainer on British TV. His show the "Late Late Breakfast Show" was new, exciting, fast-paced and genuinely funny. It had a feature where viewers were given the chance of winning cash for doing nail-biting stunts (controlled and overseen by proper stunt men and safety officials). After a contestant was killed when a stunt went wrong, the show was cancelled.
Noel's House Party was another lively early evening entertainment show on Saturday evenings which trounced all competition. In many ways it could be seen as the predecessor to "Ant and Dec's Saturday take away" on ITV1.
After many years the show began to lose viewers and Edmonds and the BBC finally decided to finish it in 1999.
Noel has many fingers in many pies, he still does the odd bit of broadcasting, recently sitting in for Johnnie Walker on Radio 2's Drivetime show. He is also the CEO of many companies, runs his own charity helicopter taxi service for less-able people and is honorary patron of many charities.- Actor

Kathy achieved national prominence in the U.K. as a resident singer, on the British TV series, Stars and Garters (1963). Signed to Decca records, she had several hit singles, scoring her first Top 20 smash hit with Dance On, a chart topper by the British Group, The Shadows from earlier that year. Kathy's version also topped the single charts in Australia. An attempt to create similar waves by adding lyrics to another instrumental, this time the version by The Spotnicks of the traditional "Hava Nagila" was less of a success, despite being given a similar Kirby treatment. Probably, she is most remembered for her dramatic re-working of the Doris Day song, 'Secret Love' which reached the UK Top 5. That year (1963), she won Top British Female Singer in the New Musical Express poll. Further hit singles were provided in the form of a cover version of Teresa Brewer's "Let me go lover," as well as "You're the One," and 1965's British Eurovision Song Contest entry, "I Belong," which came a creditable second. That year she also scored a hit single in the U.S. with the song "The Way of Love."
Kathy became one of the biggest stars of the mid-sixties, especially after her triumphant billing in 1965's Royal Command Variety Performance and two series of her own BBC TV show Kathy Kirby Sings. Her career started to go off the boil in 1967, and, remarkably, it was not long before sadly she was all but forgotten.- Nigel Benn was born on 22 January 1964 in Ilford, Essex, England, UK.
